KIRA is a local group of music and audio lovers and creators, and a noncommercial organization that builds bridges in the community to foster growth through broadcasting, streaming, and live events. Broadcasting from downtown Benson, they are committed to amplifying local voices, developing local talent, and sharing local stories too often left untold.

KIRA’s mission is to actively support, educate, and inspire listeners through free-form broadcasting, with programming that reflects the nuances of Omaha and its surrounding communities.
